| Biography: |
Malfred joined the Vandals last season as a JC transfer, and saw immediate action. He started 4 games (Oregon, San Diego State, Washington and Montana), gaining 301 yards on the season while playing in 10 games, including an electrifying 51 yard touchdown burst against the Ducks.
For 2003, gone is graduated senior Blair Lewis and the 930 yards he rushed for in 2002. Malfred and fellow senior Zach Gerstner will lead a runningback depth chart with significant youth and inexperience behind them. |
