| Biography: |
| Sgroi was a highly acclaimed prep placekicker coming out of powerhouse Catholic Central High School, and he has shown in practices at Stanford that he has a monster leg. Should have some of the longest range for field goals that Cardinal fans have seen in a long time, and should be able to put most of his kickoffs for touchbacks. But Sgroi has endured back problems his first two years at Stanford. He is just now on the mend, and much of his success as well as the entire special teams, will be predicated on his health. |
