High School: Selected to USA Today’s All-American squad (second team)...Parade All-American...named the winner of the Lou Groza High School Kicker of the Year Award...PrepStar All-American...rated the No. 6 kicker in the nation by The Sporting News...a 3A All-State selection as a senior...named to the Orlando Sentinel’s All-Florida Team...named to Student Sports All-America team...rated No. 1 kicker in Florida by Florida Times-Union...named to Times-Union "Super 75" Team...only kicker included on the list...rated No. 3 kicker in Southeast Region by PrepStar...was a first-team all-conference selection his last two years...first-team All-District selection each of his last two years...first-team all-state selection junior and senior seasons...four-year letterwinner...made 9-of-11 field goal attempts and averaged 42 yards per punt as a junior...converted 12-of-16 field goal attempts in 1998, including a 51-yarder...averaged 46.5 yards per punt as a senior to lead the state in that category...81 percent of kickoffs were touchbacks...selected to play as punter and kicker in Florida vs. Georgia All-Star Game...tabbed as punter/kicker in Outback Steakhouse All-Star Game.
