Father is former Husky RB Jacque.
High School: High school coach was Mark Haley...helped Rainier Beach to a 9-2 record and the second round of the state 3A playoffs in 2001...was a double-threat on offense, totaling over 1,200 yards rushing and 500 yards receiving to go with 21 touchdowns...scored seven times on kick and punt returns...was the Metro League-Mountain Division's Offensive Player of the Year...defensively, had 57 tackles and three interceptions...an AP All-State first-team selection...a first-team All-Metro League selection at running back, defensive back and kick returner...named to the Tacoma News-Tribune's "Western 100" team...an honorable mention "Northwest Nugget" selection by the Tacoma News-Tribune...selected as a "red chip" prospect by the Seattle Times...a SuperPrep All-American in 2001...ranked as the nation's 17th-best player at the athlete position by SuperPrep...a PrepStar All-West Region selection at athlete...the No. 7 player in SuperPrep's Washington 22...also plays on Beach's nationally-ranked basketball squad...averaged 15 points-per-game as a sophomore.
