| Lorenzo Romar replaced Bob Bender who resigned on Mar. 13, 2002. Romar is the second former Husky player to return as the head coach. He joins Lynn Nance who played at UW from 1964-65 and was the Huskies' head coach for four seasons from 1989-93. |
