| Steve is one of the top linemen on the west coast because of a combination of size, speed, technique and nastiness. He's definitely a player that will go through the whistle and looks for downfield blocking opportunities on every snap. Very rarely beaten off the ball. A true road-grader. |

| An elite offensive linemen nationally, Bellevue (Wash.) tackle Steve Schilling is possibly the top offensive linemen in the West and is a major reason that Bellevue has won the past two Washington State 3A titles. A dominant run-blocker, Schilling is athletic and quick, and also plays basketball, where he was the Wolverines leading scorer. Paved the way for J.R. Hasty to lead the state in rushing.
Schilling: "I'm great at run blocking and I'm quite agile for my size. I move well for a big guy. I want to work on continuing to improve my speed and size. I want to be more of a leader this season and get better at pass blocking. I really don't keep any stats on myself at my position. And the coaches don't do that either."
