Ht: 6-4 Wt: 231
Position: QB
Date of Birth: 10/27/1984
Class: Junior
High School: Dublin Coffman HS
(Dublin, OH)
College: Notre Dame

Biography:

2005: This is Quinn's team now, and he will be expected to continue the improvement he displayed from year one to year two. With coach Cutcliffe and Weis guiding Quinn, the expectations for the junior QB from Dublin, OH. will be even greater. His final two years will be how Notre Dame fans remember him...forever. He has the tools, we now believe he has the guidance. We believe Quinn is ripe for a big year.

2004: Quinn improved considerably from his freshman year...improving his completion percentage from 47% to 54%. He improved his TD to INT ratio from .6 to 1.7. We believe he improved in all phases of his game, but he still needs to improve on progressing through his receivers. At times Brady looked very good, and then he would struggle. The best game of his career came against Washington where he through for 266 yards and 4 TDs. He did throw for a career high 432 yards against Purdue.

2003: Quinn received his first game action vs. WSU. He came in when C. Holiday was injured in the 4th quarter and promptly led the Irish down the field for a touchdown. After making late relief appearances against Michigan and Michigan St., Quinn received his first start against Purdue, where he threw 59 passes...he ended up starting the final 9 games. His first TD pass came against MSU. His best game came against BC, where he completed 23 of 39 passes for 350 yards and 2 TDs. Although Brady struggled throughout the year, he improved as the year continued...he completed over 50% of his passes in 5 of the last 6 games.

High School: Insiders ranked him the #14 QB in the nation. Played in U.S. Army All-America game. Ranked 20th best player in the nation by ESPN. 143-258 for 2,149 yards, 25TDs and only 4 INTs...rushed for 6 TDs as a senior. Favorite receiver was fellow recruit C. Ndukwe. Michigan and Ohio St. wanted him very badly, but he opted to sign with the Irish.
Final Schools: Michigan, Ohio State, So Carolina, Tenn
