SEATTLE - Skyline High School won both the Friday night and Saturday afternoon sessions of the Washington 7-on-7 Passing League, as sophomore-to-be QB Max Browne combined for eight touchdowns in both title games - half of them to 2011 top receiving target Kasen Williams.
