Huskies get into the mix with Texas kicker

Because of the inconsistency Washington has suffered in the kicking game for the past several years, the Husky coaches are after one of the best in the country. The Dawgs recently offered Carroll (Southlake, Tx.) K Cade Foster and while he's a southern boy, he's intrigued by what is going on at Montlake and he'll likely be in Seattle this summer to check things out.

"Joel Thomas was recruiting me at Purdue when he was there and he was trying to get the coaches to offer me, but they didn't really need a kicker," Foster told Dawgman.com on Sunday afternoon.
