Good news and bad news for Blackman Premium Story

Well the good news is that former Carson and current Washington signee QB Dominique Blackman has been cleared by the NCAA to play football after finishing up some summer school classes. The bad news is that the University of Washington Board of Admissions has told the talented signal-caller he will have to wait to enroll until January of 2009.
