CORVALLIS - It was one of those games you'll remember for a long time. Oregon State beat Washington 29-23 despite a myriad of penalties, ejections, missed opportunities, and an ending that was nearly gift-wrapped for the visitors. The Huskies had their own issues - namely losing their starting quarterback.
