Huskies make impression on Colorado lineman

It's a banner year in the state of Washington for offensive lineman, but that doesn't mean the Husky coaching staff isn't looking outside the state for talented "trench warriors". One that has caught their eye is Overland (Co.) OL Andrew Sampson. Dawgman.com was able to touch base with the young man from Aurora he talked about recruiting and some summer plans.

"I was pretty excited to get an offer from them," Sampson said about Washington's offer. "My teammate from last year, Jared Campbell, he's told me all about their school up there and he said it's a great school and a great program. "He committed to them, but then got offered by Miami and he really wanted to play with his brother so he is going to go there. He had nothing but good things to say...
