Roy tops 2006 NBA Draft Rankings

According to Scout.com Draft Analyst Frank Burlison, Brandon Roy is the No. 1 NBA Draft prospect for the class of 2006. But does Frank think the former Washington great will be the No. 1 player drafted? The best overall player just might not be the best fit for the Toronto Raptors when it's all said and done.

"If he isn't the best all-around "player" in this draft, as many believe, then he is certainly the most complete backcourt prospect who will shake hands with David Stern on June 28," Burlison said of Roy. "He's a player who truly makes the guys he is playing with much more effective than they would be otherwise. He's the early favorite to be the 2007 Rookie of the Year."
