Mays ends up a Trojan

Taylor Mays

One of the most intriguing recruitments of a young puget sound star in recent memory came to an end on Sunday when Taylor Mays formally commited to USC head coach Pete Carroll.

We have been able to confirm that O'Dea S/WR Taylor Mays is headed to USC after calling the coaches of Washington and Michigan to tell them the news. Mays is ranked the number seven overall recruit in the entire country by Scout and the number two safety. He had well over 25 offers from across the country, but it appears that the Trojans won out over them all. We will have more from Mays in the near future.
