With this being the first recruiting weekend of new Husky head coach Tyrone Willingham's tenure it seemed ironic that a rare bit of wintry weather hit the Seattle area. A metaphor, perhaps? The Husky football program has been in hibernation for the last two seasons with two coaching changes and its first losing season in 27 years.

However, the snow and cold temperatures didn't deter one of the Husky verbals, who was taking his first official visit to Montlake to renew his commitment to the program.
