UW and Neuheisel will waive hearing for now

Both the University of Washington and Rick Neuheisel have agreed to waive the hearing before Special Assistant to the President, Norm Arkans, and the administrative process is over.

However, Mr. Neuheisel's attorneys have requested a meeting with the NCAA, and attorneys for both Rick Neuheisel and the University of Washington will be meeting with the NCAA Monday.

Mr. Neuheisel's attorneys have also requested a meeting with Norm Arkans after they meet with the NCAA, and that meeting will will take place on Monday as well.

The disposition of this matter will be announced by the University after the meetings on Monday.
