Robinson Twins Stay With Oregon

San Diego (Calif.) twins Tyree and Tyrell Robinson make Oregon fans happy early on signing day.

Tyree and Tyrell Robinson, the San Diego based twins who have been verbally committed to the Oregon football program since September, have decided to stay with Oregon.

Both twins took visits to other schools after then-Ducks head coach Chip Kelly left the program in January. After a visit to Washington last weekend, it was expected the twins would sign with Oregon or Washington, with some speculating they may even split up.

After Tyrell announced via Twitter that he was signing his letter of intent, Scout.com's Scott Sommer then tweeted: "Robinson twins just walked in with all #Oregon gear on."

With Darren Carrington also announcing that he had signed his LOI to play for Oregon, the Ducks have now retained three of the four soft verbals from Kelly's departure. Desoto (Tex.) running back Dontre Wilson flipped from Oregon to Ohio State on Monday.
