By-The-Numbers is back, and we're feeling a little low. Since the stock market took a tumble Wednesday, we were surprised to see how Washington and Utah mirrored Uncle Sam. Their numbers make you yearn for the Oregon and Arizona weeks...not! Anyway, all the digits tell us this week is that you should look forward to a struggle for the ages...a struggle to move the ball at all.
