The Huskies emerged from spring with several capable ball-carriers to line up behind whoever ends up at the quarterback position and you can bet the Washington coaches will rely heavily on the running game early in the season as Jake Locker's replacement gets comfortable. In almost any other conference, Chris Polk would be considered the top running back, however with Oregon's LaMichael James likely to be a Heisman candidate for a second-straight season, Polk will have to settle for second place.
