Nembot sets visit to Washington
"I came to America to play basketball, but things have worked out for me playing football so it worked out," Nembot told Dawgman.com Thursday evening. "I love the Los Angeles area and all of the things this country has to offer and I'm excited to see what else is out there in this country."
Nembot is a huge prospect, measuring in at 6'7" and 270 pounds and said that Washington was one of the first schools to offer him.
"I really like talking with their coaches a lot," Nembot said. "They told me they thought I could be 300 pounds pretty easily and that people would be really surprised with how big and strong I am because I'm not fat. It's all muscle.
"I play defensive end and they said they could use me there or move me inside. They just wanted to get me on the field."
In addition to the Huskies, Nembot has offers from Washington State, UCLA, USC, Stanford, Oregon State and Arizona State and will visit Pullman in two weeks.
"After I visit Washington this weekend, I will fly to Washington State on the 25th," Nembot said. "I haven't really thought about who would be my next visit, but I'll start thinking about that soon."
In his first season of playing football, Nembot posted 36 tackles for Montclair last fall.
